Return Policy

Lesson packages must be completed within the same month of purchase. All lessons require 24 hr. cancellation notice to receive a makeup day. Lessons cancelled by inclement weather must be cancelled by instructor to receive makeup (call to verify lesson cancellation), since the covered arena allow lessons to happen 99% of the time. ALL A.M. SATURDAY LESSONS WILL BE MOVED TO THE P.M. IN CASE OF RAIN. Riders must arrive attired 5 minutes prior to start. PAYMENT: Payments to be done prior the 1st lesson by check (payable to ISA-ROSAL.LLC), Credit Card (thru our website or keeping it in file), cash or wire transfer. Regular students will receive an invoice by email a few days prior the beginning of the month. Payments received after the 5th of the current month will have a $20 late fee.

If month has started there will be no refund of the package paid.

In board, there is a 30 days notice in writing as per the boarding agreement. Payments are due for current month and a horse leaving the board and training program does not mean a refund of that month and horse will need to stay 30 additional days and board and training.
